"The sizing just didn’t work for me"
I ordered based on the size chart, but the fit was completely off on me. I expected it to match the measurements a lot better, so it was frustrating when it didn’t fit the way I needed it to.

"Helpful support, just a tiny wait in the middle"
Overall, I had a good experience with customer service. They got back to me quickly at first and explained what I needed to do in a way that actually made sense. There was a small delay while my order issue was being checked, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal. In the end, they sorted everything out without making it complicated, so I’d say the support was solid...

"Not very discreet, and no follow-up"
The box was sitting at my door looking way too obvious, which was frustrating since I expected it to be more discreet. I also never got any follow-up about it, so that made the whole experience even more disappointing

"Returning it was a lot more annoying than I expected"
The item itself was fine, I actually liked it enough, but the return process was just... not great. It took a while to get a clear answer on what to do, and I had to follow up more than once. The exchange wasn’t exactly smooth either, just a lot of back and forth that got old fast. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it made me not want to order again anytime soon...

"Works fine, just a little clunky"
I mean, the site does work and I was able to do what I needed, but yeah... it felt a bit clunky at times. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and finding certain things wasn’t super intuitive. Not a terrible experience or anything, just feels like it could be smoother and a little easier to navigate.

"Fast shipping and no hassle"
Shipping was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I got my order without having to wait around forever, and the tracking worked fine the whole time. Overall, I am happy with how fast everything showed up.

"They’ve got a solid range of..."
They’ve got a solid range of stuff, like I ended up finding a few things I hadn’t really seen on other sites. Browsing some of the categories was a little... not confusing exactly, but could be smoother. Still, overall it was a decent experience and I’d probably check back again.

"Pretty fair for what you pay"
For the price, I thought it was a decent value, nothing super fancy or mind-blowing, but it did what I needed and I didn’t feel like I wasted my money, so overall I’d say it’s a fair buy if you’re keeping your expectations realistic.

"Quality didn’t line up with the price"
I ordered an outfit from priscillamccall.com, the quality just wasn’t what I expected for what I paid. The fabric felt cheap, and the stitching looked uneven in a few spots, which is usually a sign to me that something isn’t made to last. I kept noticing little things that didn’t match the product photos, and once I saw one issue, more stood out. Overall, it was disappointing and not something I’d rush to buy again.
